I have downloaded the driver but when I go to Device Manager to install incompatibility mode, I can't find the webcam at all. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account. It was so clearly explained that even if I don't speak Spanish, I could understand without Google translate: Select add someone else on this PC.
